Luc Vincent is a master hairdresser and a leader in his field, renowned for his unparalleled expertise in changing looks, particularly in haircuts and coloring. His exceptionally successful career began at a young age, as he watched with fascination as his mother, a self-taught hairdresser, transformed the hair of her neighbors. This formative experience, a few years later, awakened a passion that would transform his vocation into a legendary career.

Rooted in family tradition, Luc enrolled in a hairdressing school where he excelled, graduating with honors. But he didn't stop there; determined to prove his talent, fresh out of the academy, he entered several prestigious international competitions and competed against the industry's greatest. He distinguished himself by winning prestigious competitions in Los Angeles. Luc Vincent quickly became a respected figure among his peers.

Recruited by a leading Californian hair company, Luc quickly rose through the ranks to become artistic director for Quebec and part of the international team for new product testing, something he is extremely passionate about. For over ten years, he has educated and inspired thousands of hairdressers through conventions and international travel, while continuing to train at the most prestigious academies in Los Angeles, London, and Paris.

The pinnacle of his artistic career was marked by his selection by Cirque du Soleil to carry out the meticulous cuts of the custom-made wigs for the artists of the iconic show "O" in Las Vegas.

Luc discovered a new passion for hair care chemistry when he began collaborating with a Canadian hair care company, working alongside lab chemists to create revolutionary hair care products that transformed the industry.

Luc Vincent isn't just about hairdressing; he's also an accomplished entrepreneur. The owner of two hair salons, he became a fixture on Quebec television thanks to the show "Airoldi pour une sortie" on Canal Vie, where he was crowned "King of Metamorphosis" for his incredible hair transformations of more than 500 participants over five years.

At the same time, Luc published "Pas de quoi s'arracher les cheveux" in 2010 at the request of Éditions La Presse. The book became a veritable hairdressing bible designed to help women style their own hair at home. This book propelled him onto the media scene, where he became a hair columnist for radio and television stations, as well as renowned magazines.

With a rich and diverse career, Luc Vincent extends his ambitions beyond hairdressing. He created the workshop "Only My Hairdresser Knows" in partnership with a psychologist, offering training to hairdressers to prepare them to intervene in cases of psychological distress among their clients. His philanthropic commitment is also evident in the opening of a non-profit salon, "Luc Mon Coiffeur," in the oldest shelter for vulnerable women in Canada, Le Chaînon.

In recognition of his exceptional dedication to the community, Luc Vincent received the Canadian John Steinberg Award in 2020.

Now that he's founded one of Canada's most successful hair companies, Luc's mission remains the same: to create products that not only solve hair problems, but also help women style their own hair and gain independence from their hairstylists.
