*ATTENTION: RETURNS OF PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM A RETAILER
Products purchased from a retailer (outside of our online store) and returned directly to our warehouse will not be reshipped to the customer. Returns will only be accepted for products purchased directly from our website www.lucvincent.com.

A tracking number allowing you to follow the delivery of your package at all times. The customer is responsible for retrieving their package promptly in order to protect their products from freezing.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your new purchases, you may return these items for a full refund of the purchase price within 60 days of your order. **see exceptions**
- *Only products purchased from the www.lucvincent.com store are eligible for the 60-day money-back guarantee. For Luc Vincent products purchased elsewhere, please contact your retailer directly.
- *Refunds will only be processed upon receipt of the products. Please allow 10–14 days after receipt of your returned package before the refund is issued.
- *Products marked as "final sale" are not eligible for exchange or refund, unless the merchandise is defective.
- *Shipping fees will not be refunded, unless the merchandise is defective.
- *Return shipping costs for refund returns are the customer's responsibility. A return label will be sent to you by email, and a $10 fee will be deducted from your refund.
- *The buyer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their order before completing the transaction.
- *Promotional codes must be applied before completing the transaction. Adjustments after orders have been finalized are not always possible.
- *Electric styling tools are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. They are not eligible for the 60-day guarantee.
- *Hair colour products are not eligible for the 60-day guarantee.
- *If you return items from a collection and keep a portion, the retained items will be charged at the regular price as of the date of your order. Shipping fees will apply if your order is under $95 and you had benefited from free shipping.
- *Brush returns are only accepted if the item is unused.
- *Products are refundable but non-exchangeable.
How to return an item:
1-Send an email to info@lucvincent.com to notify us of your return request.
Please include in your message:
*your full name
*your Luc Vincent order number (e.g.: LV.C12345)
*your full address
2-An email will be sent to you with a link allowing you to print your return label.
In the same email, you will find a QR code and a return code (e.g.: PR12345) that you can present at your Canada Post office to have your return label printed if you do not have a printer.
3-Ship via Canada Post to the following address:

As our products are temperature-sensitive, it is imperative that your package be retrieved from outdoors (community mailbox, letterbox, etc.) during freezing or extremely cold weather. You may also choose the option of picking up your package at the counter of your local post office. We disclaim all responsibility for freezing or other damage caused by exposure to cold during shipping.
