Returns and Refunds Policy

*ATTENTION: RETURNS OF PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM A RETAILER
Products purchased from a retailer (outside of our online store) and returned directly to our warehouse will not be reshipped to the customer. Returns will only be accepted for products purchased directly from our website www.lucvincent.com.


If you are not entirely satisfied with your new purchases, you may return these items for a full refund of the purchase price within 60 days of your order. see exceptions

A tracking number allowing you to follow the delivery of your package at all times. The customer is responsible for retrieving their package promptly in order to protect their products from freezing.

  • *Only products purchased from the www.lucvincent.com store are eligible for the 60-day money-back guarantee. For Luc Vincent products purchased elsewhere, please contact your retailer directly.
  • *Refunds will only be issued upon receipt of the products. Please allow 10–14 days after we receive your returned package before the refund is processed.
  • *Products marked as "final sales" are not eligible for exchange or refund, unless the merchandise is defective.
  • *The following are considered "final sales" (non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless the merchandise is defective) : products sold at a discount of 50 % or more, as well as products purchased as part of a "buy one, get one free" (BOGO) promotion — both the purchased product and the free product are non-refundable.
  • *Shipping fees will not be refunded, unless the merchandise is defective.
  • *Return shipping costs are entirely the customer's responsibility. The customer is responsible for arranging and shipping their return package themselves, including choosing the carrier, purchasing the shipping label, and tracking the shipment.
  • *The buyer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their order before completing the transaction.
  • *Promotional codes must be applied before completing the transaction. Adjustments after orders have been finalized are not always possible.
  • *Electric styling tools are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. They are not eligible for the 60-day guarantee.
  • *Hair colour products are not eligible for the 60-day guarantee.
  • *In the event of a partial return of a routine, collection, or promotion, the items kept will be recalculated at their regular unit price. In addition, if the final order amount falls below $95, the original shipping fees will be applied. Please note that complimentary gifts must also be returned; otherwise, their value will be deducted from your refund.
  • *Brush returns are only accepted if the item is unused.
  • *Products are refundable but not exchangeable.

How to return an item:
1-Send an email to info@lucvincent.com to notify us of your return request. 
Please include in your message:
*your full name 
*your Luc Vincent order number (e.g.: LV.C12345)
*your full address
2-The customer is responsible for arranging and shipping their return package themselves, at their own expense, using the carrier of their choice. We recommend keeping proof of shipment and a tracking number until confirmation of receipt of your return.

As our products are temperature-sensitive, it is imperative that packages be retrieved from outdoor locations (community mailboxes, letterboxes, etc.) during freezing or extreme cold weather. You may also choose the option of picking up your package at the counter of your local post office. We disclaim all responsibility for freezing or other damage caused by exposure to cold during shipping.
