How do I choose my shade?
Use our colour quiz to find the perfect shade in a few simple steps. The quiz takes into account your natural colour, your percentage of white hair and the result you want to create a custom formula.
What is the difference between a Single tube and a Bundle?
A Single tube ($14.99) contains one shade. A Bundle ($23.00) combines two pre-mixed shades for a richer, more nuanced result — ideal for colours like Caramel, Honey or Rosewood.
Does it cover white hair?
Yes! Our permanent colour offers 100% white hair coverage. The quiz adjusts the formula to your percentage of white hair for an optimal result.
How long does the colour last?
The colour is permanent — it does not fade with washing. Root touch-ups are recommended every 4 to 6 weeks depending on how fast your hair grows. Application takes about 15-20 minutes.
Do I need the developer?
Yes, the oxidizing emulsion is needed to activate the colour. It is sold separately and a single bottle lasts several applications.
Can I exchange my shade if it doesn't suit me?
Yes! If the shade doesn't suit you, you can exchange it for another one. Contact our customer service to arrange the exchange. Please note that returns and refunds are not offered — exchanges only.
