What happens to my points if I return a purchase?
If you return a purchase, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account.
When will I receive my birthday gift?
On your birthday. Birthday points will roll over to the following year only if your birthday falls within one day of the date you entered it.
I forgot to use my points at checkout. Can I apply them afterward?
No. Points cannot be applied to an order after the purchase has been completed.
