How to use
In a non-metallic bowl, mix equal parts of the color cream and the oxidizing emulsion (1:1) until you achieve a smooth, even consistency.
Separate the hair into four sections.
Using a color application brush, apply the mixture to the regrowth area only and leave it to process for approximately 40 minutes.
After the processing time, pour a small amount of warm water over the hair and emulsify thoroughly through the lengths if a color refresh is needed. A few seconds is often all it takes.
Rinse thoroughly until the water runs clear.
Use the Luc Vincent color-treated shampoo and apply the sealing conditioner from the Coloration line to maintain color vibrancy.

Is Luc Vincent hair colour permanent?
Yes. Luc Vincent professional hair colour is a gentle, conditioning permanent colour that provides long-lasting coverage, including for grey hair. Each shade comes in a 100 ml tube and is mixed with Luc Vincent developer, sold separately.
Which developer should I use, and at what ratio should I mix the hair colour?
Mix equal parts hair colour and Luc Vincent developer at a 1:1 ratio—for example, 50 ml of colour with 50 ml of developer. Use 20-volume developer for permanent coverage, including grey hair; 30-volume developer for a slightly lighter result; and 10-volume developer for tone-on-tone colour deposit. Developer is sold separately.
Does the hair colour cover white or grey hair?
Yes. It can provide up to 100% grey coverage when used with 20-volume developer. If you have more than 50% grey hair, add a natural (.0) shade to the mixture for optimal results.
What is the recommended processing time?
Allow approximately 40 minutes of processing time at the roots. When rinsing, you can gently emulsify the colour through the lengths for a few seconds to one minute to refresh the colour without darkening them. Always refer to the directions on the packaging.
How do I choose the right shade?
Your choice depends on your natural base, your desired result, and your percentage of grey hair—whether it is above or below 50%. If you are unsure, our team can guide you. Have photos of your roots and lengths taken in daylight, away from direct sunlight, along with details about the hair colour you currently use.
Should I perform a test before applying the hair colour?
Yes. Before using any permanent hair colour, perform a skin-sensitivity test 48 hours before application, as well as a strand test to confirm the colour result. Always follow the directions on the packaging.
Is Luc Vincent hair colour vegan?
