Its 2" oval head gets close to the roots for more volume and movement, while the nylon bristles and detangling pins grip and smooth hair as it dries.

The tourmaline-infused ceramic barrel diffuses heat evenly and generates negative ions to help reduce frizz — all in a compact, lightweight, quiet design, ideal for short hair.

How to use
Towel-dry your hair to remove excess water, then detangle it with a comb.
Plug in the Toro dryer and choose the setting that suits your hair type: high heat with high air speed, high heat with low air speed, or low heat with high air speed.
Divide your hair into manageable sections.
Starting at the roots, brush slowly through the full length.
Create the style you want.
Repeat for all remaining sections.
When you are done, turn the dryer off before unplugging it.
Let the dryer cool down completely before storing it.

Can I use the Toro abroad or with a voltage converter?
No. The Toro only works on 125 V / 60 Hz with a North American plug. It is not dual voltage (not compatible with 110–240 V) and must not be used with a voltage converter.
What settings does the Toro have?
The Toro has three settings: high heat with high air speed, high heat with low air speed, and low heat with high air speed. Choose the one that suits your hair type, then switch the dryer off (OFF position) when you are done.
What are the Toro’s size and weight?
The Toro is about 9.25 in (23.5 cm) long and weighs about 0.85 lb (386 g). Its oval head is 2 in.
What is the TEST button on the Toro’s plug for?
The plug contains a safety circuit breaker (ALCI) that shuts the appliance off in certain abnormal conditions, such as immersion in water. Each time you use the dryer, plug it in and press the TEST button on the plug: the dryer should stop, with an audible click, and the RESET button pops out. Then unplug the dryer, press RESET, and plug it back in. If the circuit breaker does not work properly, return the dryer to the place of purchase.
What precautions should I take when using the Toro?
Never use it near water, in the bath or in the shower, and never leave it unattended while plugged in. Do not use an extension cord. Never block the air openings and keep your hair away from the air inlets. The air outlet grille can get very hot: let it cool before handling the dryer.
How do I clean and store the Toro?
The appliance is virtually maintenance free. Keep the heated surfaces clean and free of dust and hair spray, and keep the filters clear of hair. If needed, unplug the appliance and wipe the exterior with a damp cloth. When not in use, unplug it, let it cool, and store it out of reach of children in a safe, dry place. Never wrap the cord around the appliance.
