How do I choose my shade?

What is the difference between a Single tube and a Bundle?
A Single tube ($14.99) contains one shade. A Bundle ($23.00) combines two pre-mixed shades for a richer, more nuanced result—ideal for colors like Caramel, Honey, or Rosewood.
Does it cover gray hair?
Yes! Our permanent hair color offers 100% gray coverage. The quiz adapts the formula to your percentage of gray hair for optimal results.
How long does the hair color last?
The color is permanent — the color does not wash out. Root touch-ups are recommended every 4 to 6 weeks, depending on hair growth. Application takes approximately 15-20 minutes.
Do I need the developer?
Yes, the oxidizing emulsion is necessary to activate the hair dye. It is sold separately and one bottle lasts for several applications.
Can I exchange my shade if it's not suitable?
Yes! If the shade isn't right for you, you can exchange it for another. Please contact our customer service to arrange the exchange. Please note that returns/refunds are not offered — exchanges only.
